Responsibilities
- Build and enhance enterprise-grade front-end features using React, JavaScript, Redux, and related UI frameworks.
- Translate business requirements, UX designs, and product workflows into scalable, maintainable, and accessible user interfaces.
- Own feature delivery from technical design and estimation through development, testing, release support, and production stabilization.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product owners, QA, designers, and business stakeholders across multiple application modules.
- Improve application performance, responsiveness, usability, and cross-browser behavior.
- Maintain engineering standards through code reviews, reusable components, test coverage, and team conventions.
- Contribute to shared UI patterns, common components, and front-end architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly for coding, debugging, documentation, and test creation.
- Support continuous improvement in DevOps, release practices, observability, security, and developer experience.
Requirements
- Around 5+ years of hands-on front-end engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and modern UI engineering practices.
- Experience with Redux, asynchronous API integration, and component-based application architecture.
- Ability to debug complex UI issues, performance bottlenecks, and cross-browser behavior.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of front-end interactions with backend services, authentication flows, API contracts, and production environments.
- Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills in cross-functional Agile teams.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively, critically validate outputs, protect sensitive data, and follow engineering governance standards.
- Good judgment regarding maintainability, secure coding, accessibility, quality, and scalable design.
