Responsibilities
- Own and deliver complex frontend features with high quality and timely execution.
- Develop and optimize performant headless frontend applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers, project managers, design, and UX teams.
- Apply accessibility, security, SEO, and performance best practices.
- Mentor developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, and documentation efficiency.
- Identify and drive improvements to development, testing, and release processes.
- Understand client needs and business context to recommend long-term improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-time professional frontend development experience.
- Several years of experience with headless frontend architectures.
- Demonstrated success delivering performance-focused web applications.
- Experience with Vue, TypeScript, SCSS, headless development principles, and modern frontend tooling.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines, OWASP security best practices, SEO optimization, and automated testing.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding workflows.
- Strong English communication skills and experience working in distributed, cross-cultural teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bonus: experience with Storybook or similar component libraries, Adobe Experience Manager integration, or Shopify Liquid/Hydrogen.
- Self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and comfortable with asynchronous collaboration.
