Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve Zocdoc’s provider-facing website, including CMS configuration, content architecture, and hosting environment management.
- Develop and maintain custom components, templates, and page structures for marketing campaigns and the provider acquisition funnel.
- Manage and optimize Marketo form integrations and lead-capture flows.
- Embed and configure Wistia video assets while ensuring page performance.
- Collaborate with designers and PMMs on landing pages, content updates, and site redesigns.
- Support A/B testing through front-end changes, tracking code, and experiment variations.
- Conduct cross-browser and device QA, resolve bugs, and proactively identify performance and UX issues.
- Contribute to documentation, code quality standards, and scalable web development practices.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of professional web development experience, including meaningful ownership of a production CMS-backed marketing site.
- Experience with one or more modern CMS platforms, such as WordPress, Contentful, Sanity, or Prismic, including evaluating, recommending, and migrating between platforms.
- Familiarity with CMS hosting and infrastructure practices, including staging environments, deployment workflows, caching, and CDNs.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive or mobile-first design.
- Comfort with backend web development, REST APIs, webhooks, and CMS-specific extensibility patterns.
- Experience integrating third-party marketing technology, particularly Marketo and Wistia.
- Ability to debug cross-browser and performance issues and implement clean fixes.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to scope, estimate, and execute independently with minimal oversight.
- Preferred experience with Figma handoffs, analytics or tag management, and agile marketing environments.
