Responsibilities
- Develop scalable Python applications focused on GenAI.
- Design, develop, and fine-tune applications using foundation models for business needs.
- Implement generative AI techniques including RAG and prompt engineering.
- Lead intelligent autonomous-agent and multi-agent-system implementations.
- Build AI agents with agentic AI frameworks and develop MCP solutions for external data, tools, and real-time information.
- Lead full-stack applications integrating generative AI models and agentic systems.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices exposing AI functionality.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize AI/ML workloads and full-stack applications on a major cloud platform.
- Implement LLMOps/MLOps and DevOps practices for integration, delivery, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Conduct research and experimentation into generative AI, agentic systems, and foundation models.
- Follow coding best practices and contribute to testing and documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, researchers, and engineers and communicate across project phases.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Python application development focused on GenAI.
- Knowledge of Snowflake Cortex is a plus.
- Experience with document chunking, embeddings, foundation models, LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Experience building autonomous agents and multi-agent systems with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or Crew AI.
- Experience developing and integrating Model Context Protocol solutions.
- Proficiency with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra, including schema design and optimization.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Python, Flask, Django, FastAPI, Node.js, or Go.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience deploying, managing, and optimizing AI/ML workloads and full-stack applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of LLMOps/MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to contribute to testing and documentation and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
