Responsibilities
- Design customer communication workflows using QI Scaler and Quadient Inspire tools for investment banking and brokerage stakeholders.
- Develop reusable templates and components in Quadient Inspire Interactive.
- Configure and optimize QI Scaler environments for high-volume document generation.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and integrate, validate, and transform financial data.
- Perform code reviews, quality checks, unit testing, system testing, and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, analyze logs and data flows, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Document technical designs, configuration decisions, and deployment procedures.
- Coordinate deployments and environment updates with infrastructure and operations teams.
- Refine communication logic with investment banking and brokerage domain experts.
- Identify automation and performance-tuning opportunities.
- Mentor junior developers in Quadient implementation and problem solving.
Requirements
- At least six years of hands-on experience with QI Scaler configuration and optimization in complex enterprise projects.
- Deep proficiency with Quadient Inspire Interactive and Inspire, including template design, scripting, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience designing and deploying high-volume document-generation solutions integrated with core banking or financial platforms.
- Knowledge of investment banking and brokerage processes such as client reporting, trade confirmations, and regulatory statements is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze large data sets, create robust data mappings, and ensure data quality.
- Ability to diagnose production issues and implement stable fixes within service-level expectations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional hybrid teams during day shifts.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices, compliance requirements, and risk controls in regulated financial institutions.
- Quadient Inspire certification is required.
