Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable integration workflows between critical enterprise systems.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders on integration capabilities, data transformations, enrichment, error handling, restartability, and monitoring.
- Monitor integration jobs for performance and errors and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Identify optimization opportunities focused on simplification and effectiveness.
- Support data-handling security and compliance requirements, including secure file transfers and encryption practices.
- Implement and support real-time and batch integrations.
- Create and maintain system diagrams, field mappings, process specifications, and other integration documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with integration technologies including Talend, Boomi, MuleSoft, Cast Iron, Kafka, or Celigo.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- Ability to manage complex integration scenarios involving conditional logic, multi-step data flows, and data normalization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
- Willingness to stay current with emerging trends and technologies.
- Preferred experience includes Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Snowflake, Agile PLM, SQL Server, cloud-hosted iPaaS tools, and building AI/ML models for system and data integration.
