Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture and technology development of CRM applications.
- Evaluate and select commercial application solutions based on business requirements and internal architecture.
- Define, analyze, design, construct, test, and implement technology applications.
- Design, build, test, and deploy ERP integrations with varied technology solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, process subject matter experts, business units, and IT teams.
- Establish application quality standards and measures based on customer requirements.
- Plan the strategic sunsetting of legacy systems when appropriate.
- Maintain relationships with senior-level internal and external executives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading technology initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience with software development lifecycle methodologies.
- 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise CRM applications.
- Knowledge of web services and experience with object-oriented methods.
- Experience building scalable, mission-critical applications.
- Knowledge of principles and practices for managing project implementation activities.
- Demonstrated experience with large commercial ERP applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior-level executives.
- An undergraduate degree such as a BS or BA, or five years of IT experience.
