Responsibilities
- Integrate and validate software modules on host machines and hardware platforms against requirements and functional interfaces.
- Assess software maturity and operational readiness before configuration and release.
- Configure platforms and external peripherals, prepare parameter files, and coordinate integration issues with platform stakeholders and vendors.
- Produce target executables, release notes, production manuals, user manuals, and configuration documentation.
- Support software developers during host and target platform tests and analyze validation and verification feedback.
- Manage the inventory of software development platforms and collaborate on functional, endurance, and cybersecurity testing.
- Implement measurement and injection points and automate performance measurements for embedded functions, memory, and CPU utilization.
- Analyze performance metrics, merge software functionality, and implement minor corrections when needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree required.
- Experience with configuration management using GitLab.
- Experience with Python, Lua, Bash, Make, and Makefiles for automated test creation and maintenance.
- Programming experience with C, C++, and Ada depending on the project.
- Experience with VirtualBox, Docker, and Linux.
- Knowledge of Ethernet, SQL, and AUnit is optional.
- Proficiency in English is required; French is an asset.
- Strong organization, multitasking, communication, analytical, autonomous, and proactive problem-solving skills.
