Base Salary
$182k - $226k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions for Electric Hydrogen’s digital platform.
- Own projects from prioritization and requirements gathering through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Develop industrial telemetry pipelines that ingest plant data from Ignition SCADA systems into cloud platforms.
- Build and maintain a centralized data lake for analysis and reporting.
- Develop Python- and SQL-based data analysis tools for engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Design and maintain customer-facing and internal full-stack web applications.
- Develop integrations that improve manufacturing systems and operational workflows.
- Build and maintain deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and alerting systems.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, field service, and leadership teams.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical direction.
- Participate in an on-call incident response rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Significant professional software development experience building web applications, data platforms, or data pipelines.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong Python skills and experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas or PySpark.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with AWS and cloud architecture design tradeoffs.
- Ability to contribute to software architecture and technical decision-making.
- Experience developing deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring solutions.
- Industrial telemetry, IoT, SCADA systems, or industrial automation experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation.
