Base Salary
$134k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend development for the Advisor Experience Secure Messaging product using modern web frameworks.
- Design and maintain frontend architecture, component libraries, state management patterns, and client-side data integrations.
- Translate wireframes and prototypes into polished, accessible, responsive, and performant interfaces in partnership with Product Design.
- Integrate frontend experiences with backend APIs and services and collaborate on API contracts.
- Champion accessibility, performance optimization, responsive design, and automated testing best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, primarily focused on frontend development.
- Deep experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Svelte, Vue, or a similar framework.
- Experience building and maintaining component libraries, design systems, or shared UI infrastructure.
- Ability to navigate and contribute to backend code in Java, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Strong frontend performance instincts, including diagnosing and resolving rendering and bundling issues.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience with Ember.js migration, real-time data, messaging infrastructure, rich interactive experiences, WebSockets, streaming APIs, fintech, wealth management, or financial advisor workflows is preferred.

- The stated U.S. base salary range is $134,000—$209,000, with the specific range determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
