Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage software releases, version control processes, application configurations, and deployments.
- Lead automated, performance, and application stability testing activities.
- Use APIs and low-code platforms to integrate and adapt solutions.
- Troubleshoot application configuration and deployment issues.
- Optimize application configurations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in automated testing.
- Proficiency with automated testing and experience with relevant test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
- Strong knowledge of software release management and version control processes.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate testing solutions within low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with performance testing and monitoring tools.
- Skilled in troubleshooting application configuration and deployment issues.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
