Responsibilities
- Design and operate the stateful, low-latency runtime for AI agents.
- Own session management across scaled-out workers.
- Build a serverless-style runtime for customer-deployed logic.
- Create CLI tools and local development environments.
- Drive observability and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on infrastructure or systems work.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Go.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts.
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience building developer-facing tooling.
- Strong communication skills for technical decision-making and mentoring.
- High standards for code quality and testing.
- Comfort with on-call and production ownership.
- Active use of LLMs and AI-assisted tools in development.
