Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, React, and related technologies.
- Lead software solution delivery by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving engineering practices.
- Create and maintain architecture and design artifacts aligned with enterprise security, resiliency, and performance standards.
- Develop cloud-native applications on AWS and build, consume, and maintain enterprise APIs.
- Optimize Oracle databases, SQL queries, application performance, system architecture, and code quality.
- Use authorized AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, documentation, and delivery while validating outputs for quality, performance, security, and compliance.
- Own application modules, drive technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and lead technical initiatives across teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Java and object-oriented programming experience.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and scalable microservices-based applications.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Strong Oracle database development and advanced SQL query optimization experience.
- Experience with enterprise API development and consumption.
- Experience designing, debugging, and maintaining applications in large-scale corporate environments.
- Knowledge of React and modern front-end technologies.
- Experience with system design, application development, testing, troubleshooting, and operational stability.
- Ability to independently own modules, lead technical discussions, and mentor junior team members.
- Preferred experience includes complex distributed-system architecture, AI-driven engineering workflows, responsible AI practices, large-dataset analysis and visualization, engineering communities, innovation programs, and cross-team technical leadership.
