Responsibilities
- Design and develop web-based applications based on business requirements.
- Design and implement web-based interfaces.
- Participate in requirements gathering, brainstorming, analysis, coding, testing, and documentation across the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain Java client/server and J2EE/Spring web applications.
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks while delivering software and engineering documentation.
- Work independently and within a team to deliver quality software under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- More than five years of experience developing or maintaining information systems with Java.
- Strong knowledge of Java 17, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Redis, and Vue.js.
- Front-end experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with WebLogic, JBoss, or Tomcat application servers.
- Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL database servers.
- Experience with Unix/Linux platforms.
- English/Korean bilingual proficiency.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to create software design and engineering documents.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Jenkins, Android/iOS, and SAP interaction.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, manage multiple tasks, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
- One-year contract period.
- Work location is Plano, Texas.
- Stated pay rate is approximately $9,438.56 per month, DOE.
