Responsibilities

Design scalable and performant applications and systems leveraging MongoDB.
Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive account success and manage technical aspects of deals.
Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in events.
Foster strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and success.
Continuously seek opportunities to innovate MongoDB solutions and mentor team members.
Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on MongoDB products and industry trends.

5 to 8 years of related industry experience, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
Minimum of 2 years experience with modern scripting or programming languages.
Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems.
Demonstrated ability to review complex architectures and provide improvement guidance.
Excellent presentation and communication skills for conveying technical concepts.
Ability to work with a cross-functional sales team throughout the deal cycle.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
