Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and scalable Salesforce solution designs.
- Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to recommend Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Drive Salesforce enhancements through UAT planning, delivery, release management, sandbox strategy, and deployment.
- Collaborate with developers on Apex, Lightning Components, API integrations, and data migrations.
- Design and review REST/SOAP integrations with middleware and third-party systems.
- Oversee data quality, cleansing, deduplication, and migration activities.
- Guide cross-functional teams on Salesforce capabilities, standards, best practices, and adoption.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrations.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce Services, Sales, CPQ, Marketing, and Community Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Process Automation, and Lightning Experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, external-system integrations, and scalable solution design.
- Ability to write or review basic Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques, technical documentation, Agile environments, and SDLC processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and independent-working skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
- Salesforce consultant, architect, or developer certification, NetSuite familiarity, and experience with Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps are desirable.
