Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement scalable software solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and support integrations across multiple systems.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, collaborate across teams, and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
