Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, maintain, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, effective software solutions.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues while improving system performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and code changes for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and become a subject matter expert.
- Support and guide junior team members in their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years of Splunk experience.
- Proficiency in Splunk is required.
- Experience developing and maintaining custom software solutions with modern development frameworks.
- Knowledge of scalable software design, system performance optimization, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and technical communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
