Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, and engineering guidance to the team.
- Remain hands-on in complex solution design, development, and problem solving.
- Drive solutions from proof of concept through production deployment with scalability, quality, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with data engineering, cloud, architecture, and business teams on integrated enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across software engineering, AI/ML, data engineering, or related technology domains.
- Strong Python and software engineering expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, and tool/function calling.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with APIs, cloud technologies, and production deployment.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, team mentoring, and solution architecture experience.
- A data engineering background or strong foundation, including data pipelines, SQL, data platforms, enterprise data integration, and cloud data technologies, is preferred.
