Responsibilities
- Own and approve system architecture, design specifications, and technical direction.
- Design bounded contexts, event-driven systems, microservices communication, distributed transactions, caching strategies, and comprehensive testing strategies.
- Design and implement multi-agent AI systems, agent reliability patterns, evaluation frameworks, observability, and feedback loops.
- Implement cloud and serverless solutions, Redis/Azure Cache strategies, API gateway policies, database replication, high availability, and failover.
- Drive Docker Compose, CI/CD, source control, vulnerability scanning, endpoint security, and agent authentication practices.
- Enforce engineering standards through code reviews, testing, design-pattern guidance, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
- Mentor and train team members, assess capabilities, and advise on technical task assignments.
- Provide feasibility assessments, effort estimates, risk input, delivery guidance, and support for client-facing technical discussions and demos.
Requirements
- 9+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years as a Lead Software Engineer with hands-on technical leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, and the modern .NET ecosystem.
- Proficiency with Angular or React and hands-on experience with DDD, event-driven architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing and implementing multi-agent AI systems and agent observability, including LLM integration, simple RAG, and AI workflows such as n8n.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS, including serverless, caching, and API management services.
- Experience with database replication, high availability, failover strategies, CI/CD, source control, Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of SAST, DAST, SCA, AI endpoint security, and agent authentication.
- Agile methodology experience, strong client engagement skills, and willingness to interact regularly with US clients.
- Ability to self-learn and stay current with software development trends.
