Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team leads, product owners, business analysts, software engineers, clients, and partners.
- Write solution designs for new developments and obtain technical reviews.
- Participate in client workshops and support requirements analysis.
- Design, develop, maintain, improve, and optimize software solutions for securities operations.
- Develop and maintain automated tests and support quality assurance.
- Take ownership of a designated area of expertise and provide customer support.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of relevant software development experience.
- Good knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of Java programming; Python, C++, or similar languages are valuable.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a structured and autonomous approach to complex technical and business problems.
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferable.
- Experience in the financial industry, securities trading, or other trading-system IT vendors is a bonus.
- Knowledge of FIX, SWIFT MT, or MX (ISO 20022) standards is a bonus.
