Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures using Java Full Stack Development.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement to optimize development processes and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid backend development experience using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Experience with agile development environments and version control systems.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
