Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the backend infrastructure for the Agentic AI Platform using Node.js and Go.
- Partner with AI engineers to optimize agentic workflows for reliability and performance.
- Architect security strategies for executing untrusted code safely.
- Co-own platform stability and monitor technical risks.
- Establish new patterns for agentic services and production resilience.
- Mentor engineers on backend best practices and contribute to the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Deep experience in Node.js and proficiency in Go.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and async architectures.
- Genuine interest in AI and eagerness to experiment in the field.
- Experience architecting for security in untrusted code execution environments.
- Expertise in leveraging AI tools for development efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on documentation.
