Base Salary
$124k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship tools to enhance the growth of contributors on Scale’s labeling platform.
- Build fraud-detection systems to maintain a safe contributor base.
- Estimate task and labeler quality using models for large-scale requests.
- Devise matching algorithms for optimal labeler-customer pairing.
- Create methods to measure and train labelers based on performance.
- Develop UI/UX tooling for 100k+ labelers to complete complex tasks.
- Create AI infrastructure products for data visualization and exploration.
- Integrate ML models into customer retention systems.
Requirements
- Graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 with a relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in product engineering, including full-stack web app development.
- Previous internship experience in Product/Software Engineering.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
- Experience in building systems that handle large data volumes.
- Familiarity with Typescript, React, Python, and/or MongoDB.
