Base Salary
$230k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Codex Cyber’s security products.
- Collaborate with trusted defenders and customers to evaluate cyber use cases and risks.
- Shape model training and access patterns specific to cyber capabilities.
- Build systems for measuring cyber capabilities and monitoring misuse risk.
- Translate frontier cyber research into operational tools and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience in machine learning systems, security products, or cyber evaluations.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in 0 -> 1 environments.
- Clear thinking about cyber capability, misuse risk, and deployment tradeoffs.
