Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered tools and applications for engineering use cases.
- Build and integrate GenAI and AI agent solutions.
- Work with data pipelines, analytics, and machine learning workflows.
- Support AI model deployment and evaluation.
- Collaborate with global teams to improve engineering productivity.
- Contribute to software development, testing, and automation activities.
- Learn and apply current AI, cloud, and DevOps technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong Python programming skills and a solid foundation in software engineering principles.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or modern AI application development.
- Familiarity with AI development frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and OpenAI-compatible APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, container technologies, data processing, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI application lifecycles.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and collaborative software development workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with AI copilots, AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation, cloud platforms, DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps, software quality engineering, personal projects, open-source work, hackathons, or AI communities.
