Responsibilities
- Design and build cloud infrastructure from the ground up for an enterprise AI platform.
- Own infrastructure architecture, deployment, operation, and scaling decisions.
- Establish infrastructure standards and practices for an early-stage environment.
- Develop reliable systems supporting data-intensive and AI workloads.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience building and operating production cloud infrastructure and approximately five to twelve years of overall experience.
- Hands-on infrastructure-as-code experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Production experience architecting and managing Kubernetes clusters or other container orchestration platforms.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including networking, storage, compute, managed services, security, and access control.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, along with monitoring, observability, and logging systems.
- Experience designing relational and NoSQL database infrastructure at scale.
- Evidence of startup-speed execution, building systems from scratch, and a stable employment history.
- Data infrastructure, data pipelines, knowledge graphs, graph databases, or machine learning infrastructure experience is a plus.
