Responsibilities
- Design and deliver core platform capabilities for FloQast applications.
- Lead high-level design discussions to resolve complex trade-offs.
- Establish rigorous engineering best practices to enhance technical standards.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to create executable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and promote a culture of technical curiosity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in shipping complex, enterprise-grade software.
- Expertise in modern backend stacks, specifically Go, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.
- Strong product intuition with an outcome-driven mindset.
- Ability to navigate complex ideas and turn them into production-ready solutions.
