Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automated solutions for regulatory and financial reporting workflows.
  • Process large data sets from the data warehouse to generate accurate reports and build reconciliations.
  • Partner with Compliance, Finance, and Treasury stakeholders to translate regulatory obligations and business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance, prioritize work, perform code reviews, and evolve technical standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot problems and determine logical solutions.

Requirements

  • At least three years of software design and development experience, including testing and quality management.
  • High proficiency in Python, SQL, database design, and data warehouses such as Snowflake.
  • Experience with CI/CD and source code control.
  • Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders, product managers, and engineers.
  • Experience in post-trade automation and architecting systems for complex data problems is preferred.
  • Experience generating financial regulatory reports such as EMIR, MFID, SFTR, CPR, and K Factor is preferred.
