Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support complex enterprise software solutions.
- Develop scalable hierarchy frameworks, metadata models, and data governance workflows.
- Configure and develop cloud strategy solutions, integrations, monitoring capabilities, and automated deployments.
- Build REST API integrations for real-time and batch synchronization.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, warranty support, and knowledge transfer.
- Enforce role-based access controls and segregation-of-duties security controls.
- Support regulatory control reviews and internal and external audit requirements.
- Lead technical solution delivery, mentor less experienced teammates, and coordinate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technology functions.
- Support migration from on-premise platforms to cloud-based platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and six to ten years of experience, or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience.
- Professional experience building high-quality applications or services from the ground up and scaling them at enterprise level.
- Knowledge of information systems, software design, data structures, relational database design, SQL, stored procedures, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of SOA and/or Open API methodologies and service architecture.
- Experience with web servers, application containers, caching technologies, open-source tools and frameworks, and DevOps integration.
- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, communication, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and solve complex problems using best practices.
- Preferred banking or financial services experience.
- Preferred master’s degree and ten or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
