Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Design systems to analyze Revic data and customer interactions.
- Translate insights into automated workflows across the organization.
- Dynamically update messaging based on Revic data and conversations.
- Generate GTM content from real customer language.
- Route insights from sales calls to inform product and engineering decisions.
- Identify gaps and unmet customer needs through systematic analysis.
- Act as a connective layer between GTM, product, and engineering.
- Move from idea to prototype to production with urgency.
- Own automation across outbound, pre-sales, and post-sales processes.
Requirements
- Think in systems and feedback loops rather than one-off automations.
- Understand how GTM data influences various parts of a company.
- Have experience building workflows or tools that change team operations.
- Be comfortable collaborating directly with executive leadership.
- Thrive in ambiguity and be excited to build foundational infrastructure.
