Base Salary
$126k - $423k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on reinforcement learning and its training infrastructure.
- Work closely with Research Scientists and interns on high-quality research publications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy end-to-end algorithms for mass production vehicles.
- Contribute to the development of tools supporting autonomy development.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in self-play RL, imitation learning, or behavior learning.
- Experience with VLA post-training for autonomy or robotics.
- Knowledge of large-scale closed-loop RL in driving simulation.
- Technical experience in Python, Pytorch, computer vision, and distributed machine learning model training.
- Strong engineering and research skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
