Responsibilities

Define and lead the multi-year technical vision and architectural strategy for machine learning solutions in Content Safety.
Collaborate with executive-level leaders to prioritize the strategic machine learning roadmap.
Oversee the adoption and deployment of innovative machine learning techniques.
Drive end-to-end product development, including dataset construction and solution shipping.
Integrate your work into the production stack, spending 30-40% of your time on backend and integration tasks.

8+ years of experience designing and operating large-scale machine learning systems.
Proven track record of setting long-term technical direction for an ML domain.
Deep expertise in advanced ML architectures, including Computer Vision and Vision-Language Models.
Expertise in architecting scalable, real-time ML inference services and data pipelines.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional conflicts and building consensus.
