Base Salary
$295k - $345k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead with empathy and mentor senior engineers.
- Shape the frontend engineering culture across the Communication team.
- Act as the technical lead for cross-functional initiatives.
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects from planning to launch.
- Remain hands-on in the codebase and actively develop the platform.
- Design systems that enable new forms of co-experience for users.
Requirements
- 8+ years of frontend or client engineering experience.
- Expertise in real-time calling products at scale.
- Experience leveraging AI for development acceleration.
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong system design skills with the ability to create clear technical documentation.
