Base Salary
$200k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and health of the Fireworks marketing web platform.
- Evolve and scale the existing Sanity content architecture.
- Lead the technical execution of the web refresh.
- Work alongside the agency partner on technical strategy and delivery.
- Manage Vercel deployment workflows and third-party integrations.
- Drive performance best practices across Core Web Vitals and SEO.
- Partner with Marketing Operations on martech integrations.
- Communicate progress and decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of professional experience in full-stack or frontend-heavy web development.
- 4+ years of production experience with React and Next.js.
- Strong fluency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep experience with Sanity or a comparable headless CMS.
- Proficiency with Vercel and its deployment features.
- Solid grasp of Core Web Vitals and frontend performance tuning.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
- Experience managing third-party integrations.
- Proven ability to manage an external agency or vendor.
- Strong project management instincts.
- Clear and direct communicator.
