Base Salary
$170k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead medium-to-large initiatives and ship high-quality software continuously and iteratively.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to develop customer experiences for saving and investing journeys.
- Partner with full-stack engineers to keep features and applications performant, secure, and scalable.
- Mentor and develop new and junior engineers while continuing to learn from engineering leaders.
- Improve engineering efficiency through clean code, rigorous testing, and pragmatic programming.
- Contribute ideas and take initiative in a collaborative, open-communication environment.
Requirements
- Experience building applications with JavaScript or TypeScript and React Native.
- Familiarity with the underlying iOS and Android platforms.
- Flutter experience is preferred, and GraphQL experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of mobile software architecture, scalability, and performance.
- Ability to maintain high standards for code quality, test coverage, accessibility, and performance.
- Strong track record leading projects, driving platform improvements, and making pragmatic quality-focused tradeoffs.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across engineering, design, and product teams.
- Passion for software engineering, developer experience, and building new products.
