Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead medium-to-large scale initiatives to ship high-quality software continuously.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create delightful user experiences.
- Work alongside Fullstack Engineers to ensure application performance and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to foster team growth.
- Maintain software through clean code, rigorous testing, and pragmatic programming.
- Contribute to an environment of open communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native development.
- Familiarity with iOS and Android platforms; Flutter experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance.
- Proven track record of leading projects and driving platform improvements.
- Collaborative mindset with excitement to work across teams.
