Base Salary
$220k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take ideas from conception to production, collaborating in Figma and coding to bring concepts to life.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to maintain a collaborative spirit.
- Ensure high standards for quality and craft, focusing on details like pixel-perfection and motion design.
- Help establish a design system for consistency across Product Design and Engineering.
- Experiment with AI-powered workflows and creative tools to push team capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience for Senior or 7+ years for Staff in designing and building consumer products.
- Strong mobile UI expertise with iOS frameworks like SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Self-starter with a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex problems.
- A passion for music is a significant plus.
