Base Salary
$325k - $360k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own endpoint configuration as code, including MDM policies and remediation scripts.
- Operate the MDM platform as a production service, managing infrastructure and incident response.
- Build automation for patch management with rapid enforcement timelines.
- Design zero touch provisioning for new devices.
- Manage software distribution for the device fleet.
- Transform fleet telemetry into actionable policies and dashboards.
- Collaborate with Corporate Security on endpoint hardening and compliance.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex endpoint issues.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building secure IT systems in complex environments.
- Experience managing endpoint fleets of thousands of macOS and Windows devices.
- Proficient in treating endpoint configuration as code.
- Deep knowledge of either macOS or Windows internals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience delivering complex projects from conception to production.
- Strong documentation skills.
