Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical validation for engineering opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of product development workflows and map them to Command by Asana.
- Translate customer pain points into practical solution designs for stakeholders.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations.
- Advise on solution architecture and deployment approaches.
- Collaborate with Asana teams to uncover expansion opportunities.
- Build repeatable demo assets and technical collateral.
- Surface customer feedback to inform product and strategy.
- Deliver technical enablement to enhance customer conversations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering.
- Strong understanding of engineering and product development team personas.
- Familiarity with product delivery workflows and operational pain points.
- Knowledge of AI coding agents and technical concepts like API and automation.
- Excellent discovery skills to uncover customer workflows and success metrics.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering product demonstrations.
- Strong collaboration skills with various teams.
- Comfort operating in early-stage or evolving environments.
- Adaptability and a strong builder mentality.
- Experience with engineering tools in project management and agile planning (preferred).
- Background in supporting migration from legacy software (preferred).
- Familiarity with modern sales and demo tooling (preferred).
