Responsibilities
- Build and integrate LLM-backed workflows for legal processes.
- Develop new AI workflows to enhance platform capabilities.
- Contribute high-quality code to the production codebase.
- Oversee data collection and analysis for platform improvement.
- Create benchmarks to measure AI agent performance.
- Architect prompt systems for AI agents and optimize pipelines.
- Enable continuous learning in AI agents through feedback mechanisms.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering or applied AI roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Docker.
- Experience with production systems and live software iteration.
- Willingness to work with frontend technologies like Typescript and React.
- Experience in AI/ML infrastructure and real-world system integration.
- Interest in legal and compliance domain expertise.
- Strong quantitative skills and a data-driven problem-solving approach.
