Base Salary
$163k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of agentic AI systems for customer experiences.
- Define technical direction for evaluating autonomous agents.
- Design scalable evaluation frameworks for agentic systems.
- Drive model selection and optimization across various AI models.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to establish quality standards.
- Investigate production failures to improve agent reliability.
- Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams.
Requirements
- Significant experience building and deploying production AI systems.
- Deep understanding of modern agent architectures.
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks for agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of tradeoffs in AI approaches.
- Experience evaluating frontier foundation models.
- Proven ability to debug complex agent behaviors.
- Strong software engineering skills with experience in scalable systems.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship experience.
