Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical advisor on customer and prospect engagements.
- Lead complex demonstrations and technical discovery for stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales to drive strategic opportunities from qualification to technical close.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Mentor less-experienced Solutions Engineers and develop reusable assets.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering for platform evolution.
Requirements
- 3 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering with a track record of leading complex engagements.
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare or healthcare technology.
- Pre-sales/sales experience with comfort in a 70:30 compensation split.
- Strong sales acumen and executive presence on customer calls.
- Technical depth to translate complex concepts across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience managing or implementing healthcare technology or enterprise systems.
- A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
