Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop deep technical expertise as the product evolves.
- Investigate complex escalations and lead high-stakes technical calls.
- Run engaging office hours and deliver impactful learning sessions.
- Mentor the Global Support Engineering team to enhance their capabilities.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to identify gaps and drive improvements.
- Triage and resolve complex Agent-related escalations.
Requirements
