Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining the GI product line from scratch.
- Deliver large projects that introduce new product capabilities.
- Break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
- Communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
- Implement key functionalities of the new GI product.
- Drive high-complexity projects as their engineering leader.
- Implement engineering best practices like CI/CD and automated testing.
- Mentor and support junior engineers through code reviews.
- Launch the new product and iterate based on user feedback.
- Drive cross-team initiatives to improve the user journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- 4+ years of experience with at least one programming language.
- Experience delivering large software projects in a production environment.
- Proficiency in a modern programming language like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
