Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executive to lead technical validation for IT and service team opportunities.
- Translate customer pain points into practical solution designs and business value narratives.
- Advise customers on solution architecture and deployment approaches.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to support account expansion.
- Build demo assets and technical collateral to enable the field organization.
- Surface customer objections and product gaps to inform product roadmap.
Requirements
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Strong background in solutions consulting or sales engineering.
- Proven discovery and technical validation skills.
- Skilled at presenting product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences.
- Capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Thrives in ambiguity and early-stage environments.
- Familiarity with service management methodologies is a plus.
