Base Salary

$167k - $179k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executive to lead technical validation for IT and service team opportunities.
  • Translate customer pain points into practical solution designs and business value narratives.
  • Advise customers on solution architecture and deployment approaches.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to support account expansion.
  • Build demo assets and technical collateral to enable the field organization.
  • Surface customer objections and product gaps to inform product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
  • Strong background in solutions consulting or sales engineering.
  • Proven discovery and technical validation skills.
  • Skilled at presenting product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences.
  • Capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Thrives in ambiguity and early-stage environments.
  • Familiarity with service management methodologies is a plus.
