Base Salary
$210k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Become the platform expert and integrate it into customer CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, and AppSec programs.
- Run technical discovery, diagnose customer problems, and design appropriate solutions.
- Own proof-of-value cycles from success criteria and environment configuration through technical delivery.
- Write and adapt rules to detect vulnerabilities.
- Translate technical product differentiation for security engineers, DevOps teams, and executives.
- Improve demos, automation, enablement content, processes, and best practices as the SE team scales.
- Partner with the account executive as the technical co-owner of each deal.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role within enterprise SaaS, ideally with complex technical products.
- Experience selling complex technical products to large organizations in AppSec, DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, or similar developer tooling.
- A computer science degree or hands-on engineering experience.
- Fluency with developer workflows and build systems, including GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, Jenkins, and Buildkite.
- Ability to read code, reason about vulnerabilities, and communicate credibly with security engineers, DevOps teams, and CISOs or VPs of Engineering.
- Experience integrating security tooling into real CI/CD pipelines and writing vulnerability detection rules.
- Authorization to work full-time in the US; sponsorship is not available.
