Responsibilities
- Create and promote the business value of Schneider Electric solutions during sales pursuits.
- Architect robust, scalable, innovative, supported solutions aligned with commercial and account strategies.
- Provide technical validation, risk management, and technical governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Digital Buildings customers with a focus on hotel applications.
- Share best practices, transfer organizational knowledge, and oversee solutions through execution phases.
- Manage multiple projects and support requests while taking accountability for technical risks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant domains such as BMS, security, lighting, or room automation.
- At least 3 years of experience in project execution and systems deployment.
- Leadership experience in systems architecture with a design or consulting background.
- Experience with System Architect Methodology.
- Deep understanding of EcoStruxure Building Operations and associated EcoStruxure technologies.
- Knowledge of scripting, function block programming, IT networking, enterprise IT architecture, communication protocols, cloud computing, virtualization, Windows, Active Directory, systems integration, and cybersecurity.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of competitor systems.
- Strong communication, listening, problem-solving, collaboration, influencing, and risk-management abilities.
- Ability to adapt, manage multiple projects, and support requests proactively.
