Base Salary
$138k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and orchestrate agent solutions independently across complex customer environments and define technical strategy.
- Advise technical decision makers and business stakeholders, lead use-case discovery, and align solutions to measurable business outcomes.
- Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents, including topics, actions, connectors, environments, and enterprise integrations.
- Integrate agents with Microsoft 365 content, SharePoint, Teams, line-of-business systems, and Power Platform automation.
- Deliver pilots, proofs of concept, and production-ready solutions while maintaining delivery pipelines, milestones, documentation, and operational standards.
- Embed security, compliance, governance, evaluation, testing, risk mitigation, and token-cost management into deployments.
- Drive executive sponsorship, champion communities, adoption programs, and increased Copilot and agent usage.
- Mentor colleagues, account teams, and partners; build reusable agents, frameworks, reference architectures, and documented patterns.
- Maintain advanced Copilot Studio expertise, participate in technical communities, and coordinate with account teams, specialists, and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, IT consulting, support, systems administration, or related technical roles, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience designing and building Copilot Studio agents with topics, actions, connectors, and Microsoft 365 and business-data integrations.
- 2+ years of hands-on technical experience with Power Platform, including governance and connector-based automation.
- 4+ years delivering technical solutions such as pilots, proofs of concept, and enterprise production deployments.
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role; preferred experience includes 6+ years in cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology consulting.
- Experience serving as a senior or sole technical authority, influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority, and mentoring colleagues.
- Cloud certifications, particularly advanced Copilot Studio and Power Platform certifications, are preferred.
- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, autonomous agents, custom agent development, pro-code extensibility, AI governance, testing, evaluation, and cost management is preferred.
