Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own new partner integrations from discovery through build, QA, release, and ongoing support.
- Guide external partner development teams in building reliable, scalable, and compliant integrations.
- Support existing implementations, merchant rollouts, partner issues, and production troubleshooting using observability and investigation tools.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and business development to identify and deliver integration enhancements.
- Maintain integration documentation, cross-functional operating processes, partner ticketing, and communications.
- Audit manual processes and lead improvements that increase automation, reduce errors, and improve partner adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns.
- Familiarity with software engineering principles, software architecture, and at least one programming language such as Go, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to write SQL queries and use troubleshooting tools such as Elastic, Fullstory, and Postman.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento, or with POS systems, is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, organization, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
