Responsibilities
- Design and lead end-to-end solutions for complex customer opportunities.
- Work with customers, sales teams, and technical specialists to shape winning digital application propositions.
- Develop solution designs, cost models, governance approaches, estimations, resource plans, and risk assessments.
- Author technical proposals and RFP/ITT responses and present value-driven solutions to customer stakeholders.
- Advise customers on AI-augmented application development, application modernization, digital application management, and AIOps.
- Shape strategic architecture decisions and technology roadmaps for application transformation and cloud-native innovation.
Requirements
- Proven presales solution architecture experience designing and leading complex end-to-end customer solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI-augmented application development, application modernization, digital application management, and AIOps.
- Experience authoring technical proposals, RFPs, or ITTs and conducting technical sales engagements.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, consulting, and influencing skills.
- Ability to develop outcome-based service propositions, accurate estimates, resource plans, and risk assessments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional certifications in data, AI, or architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, DAMA, Azure, AWS, or GCP AI are desirable.
- Ability to hold or obtain Security Clearance for UK public-sector work.
